Question: Need suggestion to treat high triglycerides (200 mg/dL) and GGT levels (99 U/L), any medications that can be taken, apart from lifestyle changes.
Also vitamin D deficiency with fasting blood sugar of 105 mg/dL are other findings on blood tests.

Your high triglycerides are not so high to start medicines. Do you have alcohol? If yes, I would suggest to reduce the intake or stop if possible. Usually, GGT increases due to alcohol. Lifestyle changes will help.

Yes, I do have alcohol, usually during weekends, not daily. Starting gym soon.

Vitamin D level is 8.54ng/mL.
