Question : I may have a Hiatal Hernia is ther anthing I can do right now to relieve the pain?

hiatal hernia may lead to reflux of acid from stomach into distal part of esophagus which may lead to epigastric pain, heartburn.
OTC nexium ( esomprazole) 40mg once daily may provide symptomatic relief.
