Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. If you have history of spinal trauma at L 10 11 or 12 , then this bump needs to be taken more seriously and needs work up to find out any recurrent injury or nerve entrapment. If no trauma and it was just your suspicion then take some tylenol, rest and see if it helps. if the pain persists, consulting a local hospital doctor and letting them run some labs and MRI scans of the spine to find out any compressive neuropathy due to bumpy ride. Please consult your doctor and let them help.

I hope it helps> Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
