Question : I'm having this pain in my right upper chest, neck and shoulder (feels muscular) that I can really feel while raising my left arm? I'm not sure if I slept wrong or what.
Brief Answer:
Possibly muscular pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Since your pain worsen on raising hands, it is likely to be muscular in origin.
Such pain can occur due to overexeeting muscles as in lifting heavy weights or even sleeping in awkward position as you mentioned
You can take advil 400 mg up to 4 times a day for pain relief
If you develop shortness of breath, dizziness and chest tightness follow up with the ER to rule out any cardiac cause for pain (which is unlikely in your case)
Hope this answers your question.
Please let me know if you need further clarification.
