Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Analgesics can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I understand your concern. So in a cancer patient, we can have multiple options for controlling pain. She can simply take tramadol and paracetamol combination like ultracet. If pain doesnt subside, then a clinical examination is required.
Thanks and regards
