Question : Yes I have lower leg pain nightly and have to wear socks to help decrease the pain, Pain is not severe but very annoying, I am on my feet all day with lots of walking.

The pain in the lower legs that you have can be due to low levels of calcium and vitamin D3. This can be related to muscle spasms also.
