Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for your query.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [orthopedist] and to confirm do MRI and Electromyography (EMG).

2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about prescription medications like [cyclobenzaprine] and Corticosteroids.

3) Discuss with your physiotherapist for a specific exercise plan.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -

1) Do regular exercise and try to walk daily

2) Do take OTC painkiller when you need.

3) Apply heat or ice. Applying heat or ice to your neck can ease sore neck muscles.

4) Use a soft neck brace for neck muscles to rest and use it for short time only.

Hope that helps.
