Question : I have a parasite on my lower scalp and I can feel it moving and it started in my nose and I'm loosing my hair too

You need someone to examine your scalp is the doctor didn't do it. It can be a fungal infection or parasyte.

if the skin of the scalp is clean, no scales or white patches, then you can try and take shampoo for parasytes which you can buy over the counter as use it according the directions in the box.

In the other case, you might need a shampoo used against fungal infections. It can be bought over the counter too.
