Few days before i noticed several small dots
On my peni gland then its disappear yesterday onwords its appear again pls help me doctor

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be yeast infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
This should resolve the infection.
