Question : Hello doctor, i am very much concerned about my penis length and girth it is 5 inch long when erected and girth is around 3 inch what should i do to get a healthy penis with girth around 7 inch and length 7 inch. my height is 5'8 inch and wight 80 kg. I need your help to enjoy my sexual life. what type of massage i should do and what tablets can help to get large penis. in my 31st year i am feeling less erection than before. some times i don't feel comfortable cause it is so small when not erected and my testicles size is very small.. this is the problem from my childhood . i think it is due to lacking of human growth hormones. cause today i realize i am less mature than other people at my age. it is happening since my childhood.

Thanks doc... kindly suggest me any kind of ayurvadic tablet or oil to keep my penis healthy and i told you i am 31 so feeling less erection than before. what should i do in this age so to get full enjoyment of my sexual life and keeping it long.. neither i drink nor smoke..i am an athlete... going for gym everyday.. and prescribe something to grow my body hormones for maturity of brain as you said it is genetically comes so what can i do now because it is not my fault . kindly suggest.
