Brief Answer:
Control BP

Hi,
Polycystic kidney disease is a genetic disease and it presents with high bp and protein in urine.
You should-
contact your doctor and control BP to <130/90
decrease salt in your diet
get a Kidney Function blood test and a urine routine report.
you should be in regular checkup with your doctor monthly
The polycystic disease may have heart and brain involvement so let the treating doctor decide regarding further testing
