Brief Answer:

Taking juicy fruits should help

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I do not think that taking 1200-1400 mg of potassium on a single day would be a big deal. Nevertheless, taking some juicy fruits like citrus fruits, and bananas should up the potassium levels .

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
