Question: This might be a bit long. Sorry. I have prinzemetal angina and had been having increased episodes with some dizziness so my nurse practitioner at the cardio office requested a nuclear stress test. She told me it was normal and gave me a copy of the test to take home. When I read it I had some questions which can probably wait till my next 3 month appt but thought I would get another opinion. It says my ejection fraction is 84% and I have rare pvcs during stress. Is this normal? Two members of my immediate family have had cardiac arrest.

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your ejection fraction seems to be excellent. From the other hand, rare pvc during the stress test are quite normal and have no clinical significance. So, in my opinion these two findings are not concerning about any serious cardiac disorders.

Anyway, I would like to directly review your test report for a more professional opinion, if you could upload it as attachment to this question.
