How Can Redness And Itching On The Vagina After Oral Sex Be Treated?

Question: Doctor, I had vaginal throbbing pain about 24 hours after rough oral sex. On looking, I found clusters of blisters in the labia. A day later I had anal and vaginal itching without pain and redness near vagina. However, after applying betnovate and taking Doxy capsules, the symptoms subsided. 2 days later, I again looked to find that all the blisters and the redness was gone. No sign of any blister whatsoever. In short, the whole episode ended in 4-5 days. I continued to have anal itching occasionally for the next week which relieved after applying betnovate. Its been about 2 weeks and I again felt some itching in vagina and looked to find same kind of blisters although very less than before and in the same place. They don't burn or pain or anything. Just minor itch. I am very scared as to what could these be. Is it herpes? But don't herpes blisters burst open and ooze?.

Don't herpes symptoms appear 2 days after infection? I had these symptoms less than 24 hrs after. And can the first outbreak blisters subside in just 3 days? I have also heard that betnovate inflames herpes blisters but it gave me alot if relief.

Brief Answer:
Bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Herpes are unlikely to appear within 24 hours of exposure and resolve in 3-5 days.
It can be then bacterial infection, because it appears quickly and resolves sooner.
Betnovet giving you relief is more a sign that it can be simple infection.
