Question : Hi. I have redness around the head of the penis. Not the tip. Inside the foreskin. I was thinking it my be male yeast infection.

Sometimes the redness and itching may come from STD so you can get tested for STD.

If it is a fungal infection antifungal creams such as miconazole, clotrimazole used for five days can resolve it.
They are found as OTC.
