Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It shows fatty infiltration of liver which does not cause pain.
Crystals are present in both kidneys and do not cause pain unless a larger stone obstructs the urinary outflow.
The report also shows mild prominent pelvi-calyceal system of right kidney and you pain is on the same side.
I would advise you the following:
You need further evaluation by IVP that is intravenous pyelography or IVP CT scan of abdomen to know whether there is an actual obstruction to urine outflow and where it is along with probable cause of it.
Only a proper diagnosis can help us to get an exact curative treatment.
Till then you can have painkillers whichever suits you.
Send the sample of urine for: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood: CBC, kidney and liver function tests, Lipid profile and as would further be required.
Reduce fat intake.
Increase exercises.
No alcohol if at all you take any.
Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, examination and have proper diagnosis.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback once the report is available.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
