Brief Answer:
2nd semen analysis is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

With your semen analysis you have slightly abnormal values but are still acceptable under the latest W.H.O. recommendations. I would suggest having another scrotal ultrasound with Doppler just to rule out recurrence of varicocoele. I would also ask you to do another semen analysis since it needs 2 samples before we can interpret your results. I am concerned with the lack of fructose in your semen and needs to double checked

Antioxidants have been shown to improve semen parameters like vitamin C, E and zinc so make sure your vitamins contais adequate number of those vitamins.

Actually i have done another analysis, but i was about 3 years ago. But it had shown me also that i had less that 5mil/ml sperms.( now it is 18mil/ml)
What does actually fructose mean? And why are you concerned ??
I have also done mamography of my testes. The results were normal but there was a small cyst in my left test ( where i had varicocele) but the guy that was doing the mamography told me it is not of concern
So, having these information what do you say ?

Brief Answer:
Repeat semen Analysis after 3 months.

Detailed Answer:
Fructose in the semen has been shown to be correlated with sperm quality and sperm quantity. Low levels of fructose means inflammation in the seminal vesicles and you may need to do a transrectal ultrasound to check the status of your seminal vesicles. If you have persisted low or absent fructose in your semen then we have to rule out obstruction in the seminal vesicles and ejaculatory ducts. Again this can be diagnosed by a transrectal ultrasound of the prostate.

Cysts in the testis are almost always benign and is not a cause of concern and it doesn't affect fertility in men. I would like you to repeat the semen analysis after 3 months, take the vitamins and if there is still abnormality and absent fructose then please do the transrectal ultrasound of the prostate to check the seminal vesicles.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.
