Brief Answer:
Some more information. Small frequent meals.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

First of all, do not panic.

As you might be aware that nausea and vomiting is one of the most common complaints during the first 3 months of pregnancy.

It is mainly due to hormonal changes that take place in the pregnancy and due to its effects on the digestive system mainly due to delay in stomach emptying time.

I usually suggest to my patients to have small, frequent meals.
Also, you should not have a gap of more than 4 hours between 2 meals.

Avoid spicy food, deep-fried foods and bakery products.
Sit upright for at least 20 minutes after finishing food intake.

I would like to know about a few things in detail to help you out in a better way.

1. Are you pregnant for the first time?
2. Have you taken any anti-nausea or antiemetic medicine apart from Rantac MPS?
3. Have you got USG done?

Please let me know about it.

Please feel free to communicate with me again.

I hope this answer helps you.
