Brief Answer:
Follow the advises maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are numerous possible causes which can be the culprit (starting with environmental, dietary, lifestyle changes, changes in hardness of water, dandruff, nutritional and hormonal deficiencies to name just a few). If you suspect any of those external factors as a cause, then, first of all, try to eliminate them and observe.

Along with this, I'd recommend you to get a Dermatological check-up done as well as few basic lab investigations (including CBC, ESR, electrolytes, Liver function test, Thyroid function test, FBS, PPBS, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 level analysis).

So, nothing to worry, just get yourself checked up by the Dermatologist, get these investigations done and proceed as per the findings.

Take care.
