Question : Have bad itching on legs and arms, when scratched they become red welts.Heat seems to activate the itching.

I suggest you use a moisturizer, 2-3 times daily. In addition, I suggest you take an oral antihistamine e.g. Cetrizine for symptomatic relief from itching.
