Question : I am a tour bus drive my lower leg hurt all the time I would rate it as a 4 . I just want pain relief and not get sleep from it

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. However, I would insist you to upload an image of the affected area. You can take Aleve (naproxen) 500 mg when required (preferably in full stomach). You can also apply hot compress.
