Brief Answer:
Follow as already advised.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your description, since most of the reports are normal only, then you may need to get a USG of the affected knee done for further assessment of the swelling.

Well, please note at this outset, these medications seem to be appropriate only, and the effects may take several days to even weeks to show the full effect. So I'd suggest you continue them as already advised by the orthopedist.

Avoid any strenuous activities, prolonged standing, cross-legged sitting for the time being. If despite this treatment there's no significant improvement within a week or two, then it'll be better to get an MRI of the affected knee done to look into it further (mainly for any soft tissue injury).

Let me know if there are any further queries/doubts. Take Care
Regards
