Question : My mom is 94, had a fall last week and broke her wrist. Now she is having severe pain in her groin. What should I do?

Well, sudden severe pain in groin-area after such a history of fall needs immediate check-up...

Please note, Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is one of the safest pain-killer available. For symptomatic relief and considering her age, I'd suggest giving just 500 mg as a stat dose now...

Do check the area for any indwelling swelling/redness/discoloration/pain on touching (tenderness)...Do also check if she's able to urinate freely or not (color of the urine is important too), if there's any nausea/vomiting developing also...

Along with this, I'd recommend a visit to your nearest ER/Urgent care for a quick check-up of the affected region...
