Brief Answer:
Get a scar ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I do not suppose that an X Ray would help. Rather, a scar ultrasonography should be helpful. You need to get it done and then consult your surgeon (who has undertaken the open right adrenalectomy) with the report. You can also upload the report and I would guide you accordingly.

As of now I would insist you to take pain medication like Aleve (naproxen) for relief.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
