How Can Severe Vaginal Itching Be Treated?

Question : Dear Sir
My Wife aged 37 she encountered vaginal itching by mid of Jun 2017. Her other symptoms listed below
- No white discharge
- Her period was normal
- No abdominal pain or aches associated
Following homeopathy medicines given
- Kerosum 30, Borax 30, Sepia 30, Mer sol 30 & Helonis 30
- Calendula onitment applied externally
- Checked her thyroid and hemoglobin level and found the same are normal
Results observed this month (Aug 2017)
- Her itching reduced to 50 % but not fully cured
- Still she feels itching in the evening & night hours mostly, some times in the morning hours also
- She observed flow of period also reduced this month. Please note she is having normal period cycle, no excess or short flow in past days
- She is feeling little good after warm water wash mixed with mentha pip Q
Advice required
- Is the above homeopathy medicine are suffix to continue or to be tuned with some other medicine or doses
- At present(for the past 10 days) we have stopped all the medicines, except external application
- Also advice dosage and frequency of medicines
