Brief Answer:
Sore back

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Did you get the Xray done for the back? I hope the physio confirmed there is no break in the bone.
Now since it is middle of the night, I suggest you to take Ibuprofen or NSAID along with Bengay. A quick hot shower will loosen the cramps. You can get back to sleep.
Tomorrow you can meet the doctor for an Xray and prescription based medicines which has Tramadol in it. This helps the pain and cramps better.

Hope this helps.
