Brief Answer:
Could be Shingles
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since when does she have the rash? Are the blisters fluid filled?
From your description, this seems to be shingles. Definitive diagnosis needs examination from a skin specialist. Its a viral condition and is self-limiting. Antibiotics like amoxicillin will not be helpful.
Hope I have answered your query. Kindly ask specific questions so that I am better able to help.

Its 6th day today since the initial rash which was the main blister, only the few central blister (refer the image/report Blister.jpg that is attached) is filled with fluid but less amount, mostly which are big in size, not all. We have booked skin specialist's appointment tomorrow, till then do you have any advise to reduce pain at night and stop it being worse for today?
Brief Answer:
Two modes of treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There are two modes of treatment advised for shingles neuralgic pain.
One is to take over the counter painkillers like Ibuprofen or paracetamol. Mostly this is enough. If it is not controlled with these pain killers then anti-neuralgic drugs use such as Gabapentin, Duloxetine, Tramadol etc will be needed.
Second is to take a 7-10 day course of anti-viral medicine acyclovir. This is a prescription medicine and can have side effects. Therefore, it should be taken under guidance of a doctor.
As said earlier, mostly, it is a self-limiting condition and gets better by itself over a period of few weeks or months. Rash mostly subsides with 2-3 weeks.
Hope I have answered your query.
