Brief Answer:
Dermatosis papulosa nigrans

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
He seems to have dermatosis papulosa nigrans (DPN) which are small sized, raised, brown color, skin tag appearing lesions on face. They are common in the elderly and gradually increase in size and number over the years. They are thought to arise in response to chronic cummulative sun exposure. Most patients also have a family history. DPNs are benign and are only of cosmetic concern.
Treatment, if desired for cosmetic reasons is removal with radiofrequency cautery or electrocautery.

Thanks for your explanation. If we go with radiofrequency cautery or electrocautery does it have any side effects and whether those are painfull.
It would be great if you tell us some home remedies which would prevent them in spreading and removal of Skin Tags through Natural home remedies.

Brief Answer:
cautery is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

These procedures are safe and are done under local anesthesia. There are no side effects.
Home remedies are not effective for DPNs and can cause side effects like irritation and scarring.
