Brief Answer:
stop further intake of Meloxicam.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* Meloxicam is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug, which is known to give rise to
gastro intestinal bleed in form of blood in stool as its side effect.

* As per my clinical experience, my recommendations at present

- Stop further intake of Meloxicam.
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Consume diet with least amount of spices, dairy fat, oil.
- Observe stool color for next 48 hours.
- Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming.

* In case of pain relief requirement, can take tablet paracetamol after meals safely (which I recommend not to consume in a pain scale of below 4).

* Follow up after 2 days or early as per the need.

Wish you fine recovery.
Take care.
Regards
