no pain, no vaginal discharge, just sometimes itchy sexually active yes, up until 3 days ago maybe it's gone unnoticed for a couple of days to a week, but definitely not longer no investigation done.

do you think the bumps (skin like colored) near my vaginal entrance and also near my anus are genital warts? my partner also seemed to found the bumps inside near the opening. it's a,bit itchy usually after i shower or wash it.. another question, if this is not treated right away? will there be more warts?

In image it is not very clear whether it is warts or skin tag.
As you are having itching as well,You should go for HPV testing.

You can wait and watch for it and if problem increased (means symptoms and size)then consult your treating doctor and get it removed.
