How Can Strabismus In An Infant Be Treated?

Question: 7 month old baby having one small and one slightly bigger eye. Iam worried about strabismus. her peado says no need to worry will see after 3 to 4 years. I have attached some photos of her. TIA.

I reviewed your history and the photos attached with the question.
One of the photo is proper and it appears grossly normal.
But I require few more photos to have a look before commenting on size of the eye or presence of squint.
