Brief Answer:
Please provide me more details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Please provide me more details which can help in making a provisional diagnosis.

Sudden onset anger outbursts could occur due to some mood disturbance. Bipolar disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder etc are associated with sudden onset anger outbursts. Sometimes individual doesn't remember the episode. Associated mood symptoms like irritable mood, risk taking behavior, increased talkativeness, overspending, over socializing, ideas of grandiosity etc are seen commonly in mood disturbance.

Other possibility though rare is some seizure episode. Sudden onset anger outbursts without any provocation could be seen. But this can be kept in diagnosis once mood symptoms are ruled out.

So please provide me more details so that we can proceed further.

Thanks
