Brief Answer:

Tab levocetirizine

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As all the tests are normal.
Please note that blood pressure should be adequate and below 140/90 mm Hg.

If the blood pressure is not adequately controlled with losartan alone then add chlorthalidone 6.25 mg to it.

Add tab Levocetirizine two times and tab ranitidine 5 mg two times as the swelling seems to be allergic as it is itchy.

Be sure that T3 .T4 .TSH should be adequate and TSH is to be maintained in the midrange of reference given by testing lab.

Your serum proteins as serum albumin and other liver tests must be adequate.

In nutshell add tab chlorthalidone 6.25 mg, tab Levocetirizine 5 mg and tab ranitidine 150 mg.

As these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
