Brief Answer:
About frequent urination causes;

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As you have type 2 Diabetes, first you need to be sure that the glucose level is within the recommended normal ranges for your age.
High glucose levels can cause frequent urination.
Secondly, PSA excludes malignancy of prostate gland, but an ultrasound will be helpful to exclude an enlargement of the gland ( prostate hypertrophy).
These are the first common causes to be excluded.
Than, diabetic neuropathy ( a chronic complication of Diabetes) is usually manifested with frequent urination.

Please, try to inform further about the above mentioned causes.
Will be a pleasure to help you.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
