Brief Answer:
You will need to get it prescribed in your area.

Detailed Answer:

The drugs to help with this are safe, non-addictive and cheap!

Tramadol has two actions, it is a very weak narcotic, with withdrawal symptoms of narcotics not generally seen and that you are not having! then... its main action... is like an anti-epileptic--it calms down nerves. Your symptoms are all excited nerves... makes sense why you are having these (really horrible, sorry) symptoms. And... any anti-epileptic will calm them down in about an hour!
some include gabapentin (very very safe), valproic acid, dilantin, tegretol (mostly safe). Lithium, amitryptiline or lyrica are also possible drugs that might work well BUT I would not choose those first (second, third, fourth) because of possibilities of toxicity or .. having the same problem when you came off of it (lyrica...a controlled substance of very little abuse potential).
If you are in the US, an urgent care center shown this note will help.
