I have throat infection and mild fever from Thursday evening; i took panadol on 3 times so far, but from morning I have weakness too; and there is no improvement in fever and infection.
Please advice some medicine.

If I was your treating physician, I would prescribe an antibiotic at this stage. I would prefer:
- Take T. Amoxicillin and clavulinic acid combination twice daily for 5 days.
As this is a prescription drug, you are required to get it prescribed by a doctor in your local area.
- Also you may continue taking T. PANADOL for fever, thrice daily or whenever required.
- Drink plenty of fluids preferably warm liquids.
- Consume meals which are less spicy and oily.
