Brief Answer:
Can be dehydration or electrolyte imbalance.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The tight and sore calf muscles can be due to decreased calcium or magnesium levels or due to decreased fluid intake. You can start with a regular calcium supplement and have a magnesium rich diet. Do start with proper supplements after getting blood test done.
I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.
