Question : IM trying to find out why i have swollen feet and ankles. we thought it was because of lack of water in my diet but not the case. im drinking 6 to 8 bottles a day and dim still having these symptoms. im 5'3 and home alone most of the time so i fight depression and have for 9 yrs due to ptsd and im over weight at just under 200 for my petite size i have an umbilical hernia an dhada surgery repair 0n my first hernia three years ago.my bp is 134/76 what can you diagnose please any heelp wouldd be apprecciated and thankyou sorry for the typos i have trouble seeing :}
