Question : Had intercourse with my wife 11 days before without condom. is there chance of her getting pregnant. We do not want this pregnancy as we have two kids already.
Brief Answer:
Some more information, please
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First of all, do not panic.
There is something like the most fertile period of the cycle.
If you happen to have unprotected sexual activity in this period then you stand a chance to get pregnant.
If the sexual activity was outside this period then chances of getting pregnant are minimal.
Please furnish me with some more information to help you out in a better way.
1. When was your wife's last menstrual period?
2. Does she have a regular menstrual period?
3. Can you remember the date of unprotected sexual activity?
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
Emergency contraceptive pills can be used within 72 hours.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As you might be aware that in a woman with a regular cycle, day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of the cycle.
if you happen to have unprotected sexual activity in this period then you stand a chance to get pregnant.
As your episode of unprotected sexual activity was on the 15th day of the cycle, it falls in the fertile period.
Emergency contraceptive pills like Plan B or Unwanted 72- are quite effective in preventing unwanted pregnancy.
If taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual activity, emergency contraceptive pills help to prevent unwanted pregnancy in most of the cases.
As on now, this period of 72 hours has also passed.
Also, it has been almost 12 days past the sex act episode. With your wife's history of regular cycles her expected date of menses is due within 5 days from today.
In my opinion, please wait patiently for the expected date of menses. If she starts on her periods, then pregnancy is definitely ruled out.
If she happens to cross her dates then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of any doubt blood, beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
Hope I have answered your query.
