Brief Answer:
Cleft palate
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the complaints it seems to be a case of cleft uvula with or without cleft palate.
Please click a picture and send me so that I can suggest you better.
You should get the child examined by an Ent specialist.
Usually such cases need to be operated.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better. Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
