Brief Answer:
Atopic Dermatitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It looks like atopic dermatitis, an allergic reaction. Apply Desonide Lotion twice daily for a week. Take tablet Cetirizine 10 mg daily in night for a week. This combination should help you.

Brief Answer:
Desonide lotion

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is an allergy, hence it will not spread to others. Eyelid involvement is also a part of this. There are chances of recurrence. The best way to manage is to apply Desonide lotion immediately as soon as it reappears. This will control the allergy in its initial stages.

Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you.
