Reports are suggestive of diabetes mellitus
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your attached query and reports in detail.
With regards to vitamin D deficiency, it's advisable to continue medication for another 1 month. Non pharmacological treatment include taking diet rich in vitamin D like milk, eggs, meat, liver etc green leafy vegetables, fruits like Apples in regular basis.
Please note vitamin D pills are non addictive. They don't cause compulsion.
With regards to elevated blood sugar levels, this indicates the possibility of diabetes mellitus in you.
This require oral Antidiabetic medications. I generally prescribe oral medications of Metformin to my patients with such symptoms.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms/ reverse your lab abnormalities.
Vitamin B12 supplementation can be stopped inview of normal levels of vitamin B12.

Treatment of diabetes mellitus is usually lifelong
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
Elevated eosinophil count is due to possible intrinsic allergic sensitivity.
It's advisable to avoid exposure to dust, pollen, cold weather etc.
Additionally it's important to screen yourself for parasitic worm infection as they are know to cause eosinophilia. This is attained through complete stool examination.
Treatment of diabetes mellitus with antidiabetic medication is usually lifelong. One cannot discontinue the medication if sugar levels are normalised.
There is no way of totally controlling the blood sugar levels in diabetes by natural ways. Medications are a must.
Regular exercise and a good diet is certainly help you to attain a good control of your blood sugar levels. But they are only a supplement to oral antidiabetic medication.
Review with reports of complete stool examination to determine further course of action of any.
