Question : Hey doctor,
Recently I’ve noticed these white patches on my face specifically around my chin and also on my cheeks a bit. I’ve never really had anything like this I have attached some photos as well but it doesn’t really hurt or feel dry I only noticed it in the mirror.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous patches, cortisone cream, and moisturizing cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and these are looking like eczematous patches.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with an application of a moisturizing cream on the entire face 2-3 times in a day.
Also, avoid using soap for washing face. Instead, use a soap-free cleanser.

Thanks for that doctor clears things up a bit the main thing is that I am currently overseas away from home for another week and I am not sure if I’ll be able to get access to those medications, would it do me any harm waiting a week until I get home or would it make it worse?
Brief Answer:
Welcome
Detailed Answer:
You can wait for one week as it is not something serious.
Meanwhile cortisone cream is usually available as an over the counter medicine which should be easily available.
