Hi,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but I would like to look further into this. This could be due to a fungal infection or an std if you are sexually active. So, please attach a photo to your query to be able to help you better.
Kind regards.

Hello again...
These white spots on your penile shaft are not consistent with stds or fungal infection. As they are most probably fordyce spots which are basically enlarged sebaceous glands.. they are harmless and not contagious nor a sexually transmitted problem.. however, they usually persist for a long time and it can be decreased by laser ablation only for cosmetic reasons. i hope you find this helpful..
