Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I understand the initial pain but the tongue has a rich blood supply and so healing should be fast. I would insist you to upload an image of the yellowish spots and I will mention if they are a cause for concern.
I would be glad if you mention what assistance you seek from me in the context of the sciatica. It is difficult for me to comment without proper investigative details. I would insist you to upload the report of MRI or X ray that you have. Based on the findings, vertebral traction or surgery might be required. It might also be necessary to visit a physical therapist who could advise and demonstrate to you the right exercises that could help you.
Let me know if I could help further.

vertebral traction, my 5 M.D. doctors that I saw in 5 (count them) different appointments. A different one, every visit.visit. Needless to say, I was not comfortable. Neurologists are very hard to find around here. I live in Maine, and in order to see one, I will need to travel to Lewiston, ME, which is approximately 45 minutes from my house. I might also add, my driver's license was taken away for 6 months, and lost my job as a Transportation job, as well.
Glad to be of service

Thanks for writing back. I understand that there are a number of deterrents. But possibly you could find a way out. May be you could find someone to drive you to the doctor. Anyway, feel free to write back if you feel that there is any further guidance that I could provide.
Regards
