Hello
Thanks for the query.
PSA an enzyme secreted by the Prostate. It is common for it to get raised whenever there is an infection of the Prostate (Prostatitis).
UTI is a common broad term that indicates bacterial infection of urine which can be caused by infection of organs involved in a urinary system like Kidney, Ureter, Urinary Bladder, Prostate, and Urethra but it is the only infection of Prostate (Prostatitis) that will reflect raised level of PSA in blood.
