Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, you are having diabetes and high blood pressure.

Please let me know,
Your recent fasting, postprandial (after food) and HbA1c level?
Your recent blood pressure readings?
Are you taking any medications to control diabetes and high blood pressure? If yes, please share its details including dosage and frequency. So that I can help you in better way.

To control high blood pressure, you should reduce salt intake in diet as well as reduce food items containing high salt including junk foods, Pickles etc.

To control diabetes, you should reduce food items having high calorie values like icecream, junk food, biscuits, sugar, cake, bakery items.

Along with that, continue cardio or aerobic exercises for 30 to 40 mins daily.

If you are not taking any medications, then you may require medications to control sugar and blood pressure levels after physician consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam XXXXXXX
