Hi,

Hair fall can be from hormonal imbalance, infections, scalp problems like dandruff, nutritional deficiencies, etc.
Best cure for hair falling is to find the cause. Get some basic tests done like complete blood count, vitamin B12, vitamin D and calcium levels, liver function test, sr testosterone levels (males).

Apart from tests, you can take biotin supplement for some time. Any other medicine must be taken after confirming the cause.
