                                    Brief Answer:
Loosing weight and low fat diet recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You are having elevated LDL levels and normal HDL , triglycerides, BMI.
Your BMI shows that you are obese so you should lower weight imediately.
The LDL levels are high and should be less than 100 mg/dl.
These results are not very dangerous .
Loosing weight and low fat diet necessary.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Ok great. Thank you. I am 6’ 1” and 225 lbs. Large frame so 195 lbs will be my goal as I actually look very skinny below 190. I am already fairly active and I will change my diet to very low fat and limit calories. Can you tell me a proper amount of calories for me to lose weight? 64 years old, moderately active and my size?? Thx in advance.
