Question : How did I get whatever this condition is? My doctor said I got it using body wipes in my vagina area. Is it contiguous? The medication she prescribe has somewhat arrested the itching but has not stop it totally. Is okay to have sex?

I have gone through your complaints and it could be due to contact dermatitis to the wipes you have used.
It is not contiguous.
You can continue applying the cream.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
Its ok to have sex.
Drinking alcohol won’t affect effectiveness of the cream.
